SixTwentyOne developed a master plan for a 5-acre property in south Kansas City near the recently revitalized Redbridge Shopping Center. Simple, modern structures face onto shared community greenspaces with garage access alleys in the rear. The development aims to create a vibrant and livable community by connecting the town homes, common green spaces, and the adjacent shopping center amenities with continuous pedestrian pathways throughout the site.
The development includes a mix of two-bed, three-bed, and three-bed empty nester units with a ground-floor master bedroom suite. The two-story homes are designed to be efficient and simple with elevated finishes.
