In the heart of Kansas City, the Carriage Club has been a cornerstone of the community since 1956—its roots tracing back to the city’s first private club. At the center of the 6.6-acre property, the Coach House is undergoing a bold transformation to better serve today’s active lifestyle while honoring its historic setting.

The 23,000 square foot project includes a full interior renovation, a new pool deck, and a 7,000 square foot addition that complements the traditional architecture of the adjacent Clubhouse. Designed with a strong focus on hospitality and member experience, the reimagined Coach House will feature expanded dining, a larger fitness center, and a new gathering space near the ice rink. A doubled commercial kitchen will support elevated culinary offerings.

Carefully phased construction ensures the club stays active throughout the process. Once complete, the revitalized Coach House will become the social heart of the Carriage Club—where tradition meets modern comfort.
