SixTwentyOne is Indian Hills Country Club on various architecture and interior design projects including clubhouse updates, master plan revisions and a new state-of-the-art Halfway House to replace the existing comfort station. Situated at the junction of six golf holes, this new facility is part of a broader club renovation that includes fairway redesigns. The Halfway House will feature a new kitchen, grab-and-go amenities, modern restrooms, and expanded storage for staff, all while showcasing the often-overlooked, spectacular views of the course.

 

Nestled into the landscape, this private golf and events pavilion is an oasis for club members to refuel and relax. The structure includes elevated food and beverage options, restrooms, an outdoor patio, and operational support spaces.  The pavilion also acts as a destination for special events and can flexibly accommodate a variety of group sizes and functions. An expansive glass wall opens onto the outdoor patio, maximizing sweeping views of the golf course while the butterfly roof structure and clerestory flood the interior with light. The structure is clad in a warm wood and limestone that seamlessly blend with the natural surrounding landscape.
