Summit Ridge is a design for two single-family homes that sit side by side in the heart of Kansas City’s historic West Side neighborhood.  Just a short walk from many of KC’s best-known downtown amenities, these homes offer a unique urban experience for future residents while remaining grounded in the natural environment.  The unique reverse two-story design maintains the scale of the surrounding community at street level, while offering soaring ceilings and generous daylight at a walkout lower level.
