Inspired by the efficient but open mid-century homes of architect Joseph Eichler, The Oxford’s compact footprint is expanded through an intentional connection to considered outdoor spaces. Its compact and efficient form connects it to the post-war Cape Cod homes that surround it, making the house feel at home in the community.
Upon entry into the home, a distinctive private courtyard more than triples the space of the interior foyer – the first sign that this home is something different. This intentional connection to outdoor spaces continues throughout the home, with each room having access to abundant daylight, and the majority having immediate access to private exterior terraces.
